Finch Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Finch Oura Ring Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.
2. Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Profound Platform Inc, 2261 Market Street #4127 San Francisco, CA 94114.
3. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins at 9:00 AM EST on the starting date provided on the promotional materials and ends at 6:00 PM EST on the end date provided on the promotional materials (the "Entry Period").
4. How to Enter: To enter, visit the Finch booth at participating conferences and complete an official entry form with your name, email address, and other requested information. Limit one entry per person.
5. Prize & Approximate Retail Value: One (1) Grand Prize: Oura Ring with an Approximate Retail Value of $299 USD. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Selection & Notification: A random drawing from all eligible entries received will take place on or about the last day of the entry period to select the potential winner. The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize or it will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
7. General Rules: No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway for any reason. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to this Giveaway. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor not responsible for technical failures or unauthorized human intervention.
